ERNE Relational Schema

Table creation code and diagrams for the EDRN Resource Network Exchange common data model. You're free to use this if you don't otherwise have an existing specimen database and would like to build one that maps directly to the Common Data Elements, or if you're curious how the Common Data Elements relate to each other.

ERNE Table Creation SQL

SQL code that defines the database tables and indexes to support the common data element (CDE) model of ERNE. For new sites that don't yet have a specimen database, you may wish to take advantage of this schema definition as it directly maps to the ERNE CDE model.
