Version Number Incorrect

INSTALL.txt suggests distribution is 1.1.

The top few lines of the archive's INSTALL.txt file read:

                Scripts for installing and uninstalling iRODS
                                June 2008

The iRODS distribution uses several configuration files and shell/Perl
scripts to build the iRODS system.  See MANAGE.txt for information about
scripts to manage iRODS after it has been installed.

0.  Upgrading an existing iRODS installation (1.0 to 1.1)
...

The date "June 2008" and the upgrading step mentioning "1.0 to 1.1" suggest that the iRODS2.0.tgz archive may contain an older version of the software. Is this really 2.0?
