The EDRN Knowledge Environment is a searchable and browseable application that captures all EDRN knowledge. It works by creating a generic model of objects, their attributes, and their relationships to other objects.

Knowedge is inserted into environment using RDF imports. Any RDF may be presented; the application is neutral with respect to RDF schemata. Indeed, the application does not use schemata at all.

In order to properly display entities, users with appropriate privileges may make live updates to the collected class and attribute definitions. In this way, even as new knowledge comes in, the application can be continually honed.
